    Payment is required via PayNow upon confirmation of your order. Payments should be made to UEN Number 200305696W, which belongs to our parent company, Heng Kee Manufacturing Pte Ltd. Don't worry if the name differs—it’s still us! Full payment must be received before we process your order.
  • Do you cater to corporate orders?
    Yes, we cater to corporate orders and events, including corporate gifting, team celebrations, and large gatherings. We recommend placing your order at least 1-2 weeks in advance to ensure availability and timely delivery. Please reach out to us with your requirements, and we will be happy to assist.
  • Is there any promotion or discounts?
    We offer discounts for large or bulk orders. Please contact us for more information and to discuss your specific needs.
  • Can I opt for self-collection?
    Yes, you can choose to collect your order in person at no additional cost. Self-collection is available at our location: 3020 Ubi Ave 2, Singapore 408896, #01-137 Our self-collection hours are: Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Saturday: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM Sunday and Public Holidays: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM For self-collection, cash payments are accepted.
  • Can I modify or cancel my order?
    You can modify or cancel your order up to 2 days before the scheduled delivery date This excludes next-day deliveries, which cannot be changed once confirmed
  • How do I place an order?
    You can place your order by sending your details via WhatsApp to 94528010. Alternatively, you can click the WhatsApp icon at the bottom right of the website to reach us directly.
  • What are the delivery timings?
    Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM Saturday: 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM Please note: There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. However, our store remains open on these days, so feel free to drop by!
  • Can I specify a preferred delivery date and time?
    Yes, you can indicate your preferred delivery date and time when placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
  • Where do you deliver?
    We deliver to most locations, except for Sentosa, Tuas, and Jurong Island.
  • What happens if there is a delivery delay?
    While we strive to meet delivery times, unforeseen circumstances (such as weather or traffic) may cause delays. Additionally, to ensure freshness, all pastries are made on the day of delivery, which may contribute to delays. We appreciate your understanding and will do our best to notify you of any changes.
  • Must I opt for next-day delivery?
    You don't have to choose next-day delivery! If you have a preferred delivery date, simply let us know when placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
  • Is next-day delivery available?
    Yes, we offer next-day delivery for all orders, at no additional charge! Orders must be placed by 3:00 PM the day before the scheduled delivery for next-day service. For example, If the order is placed before 3:00 PM on Monday, it will be delivered on Tuesday. If the order is placed after 3:00 PM on Monday, it will be delivered on Wednesday.
  • What are the delivery charges?
    Delivery Charge $12 to $20 for orders below $120 per single location. Free Delivery For orders of $120 and above per single location. Note: A minimum order of $30 is required for delivery. We offer next-day delivery for all orders, at no additional charge!
  • What are the delivery charges during Chinese New Year?
    Free Delivery For orders of $300 and above per single location. For orders below $300 Unfortunately, delivery is not available for orders under $300 during the Chinese New Year period. Due to festive rush and high demand, delivery policies are adjusted to maintain service quality. For smaller orders, we welcome you to opt for self-pickup at our store to ensure you don’t miss out on your favorite treats!
  • Are all products available year-round?
    Most of our products are available throughout the year. However, some items, like our Chinese New Year cookies and our special Christmas log cakes, are seasonal and may only be available during those festive periods. Availability can vary based on demand and supply.
  • Do you provide nutritional information?
    Nutritional information is not available for all products. If you have specific dietary concerns, please contact us, and we will do our best to provide the information you need.
  • Can I use the images or content from your website?
    All images and content on our website are the property of Yan's Cake and may not be used or reproduced without our written consent.
  • Can I request a special message on my order?
    While we do not offer custom decorations, you can include a special message with your order. Simply let us know the details, and we’ll include a note with your delivery.
  • Do you offer custom orders?
    We do not offer custom orders at this time. However, we have a wide variety of products to choose from, and we hope you’ll find something you love!
  • Are your products suitable for people with allergies?
    Our products are made in a facility that handles nuts, dairy, and gluten. While we take precautions, cross-contamination is possible. Please contact us before placing an order if you have specific dietary concerns.
  • Is Yan's Cakes Halal Certified?
    While Yan's Cake is not Halal certified, we want to assure our customers that all our products are made without pork or lard. We maintain a high standard of quality and cleanliness in all our baking processes.
  • What happens if an item I ordered is unavailable?
    In the event an item is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a similar product of equal value. You will be notified of any substitutions.
  • How should I store Cookies (Pineapple Tarts and Almond Cookies)?
    Please refer to the expiry date at the bottom of the bottle.
  • How should I store Tarts (Egg Tart, Blueberry Cheese Tart, and Fruit Tart)?
    Store them chilled at all times. If refrigerated, consume within 2 days of delivery.
  • How should I store Swiss Rolls, Baked Cheesecakes, and Rum Balls?
    Store them chilled at all times. If refrigerated, consume within 3 days of delivery.
  • Do you offer refunds?
    Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately, and we will work to resolve the matter.
  • What is your exchange policy?
    Exchanges are only available for incorrect or damaged items. To request an exchange, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery and send a photo of the item via WhatsApp to 94528010. Alternatively, you can click the WhatsApp icon at the bottom right of the website to reach us directly. We will assess the situation and arrange for a replacement if necessary.
  • How is my personal information handled?
    Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information you provide will be used solely for fulfilling your order and will not be shared with third parties.
  • Can I place a walk-in order and collect it in person?
    Yes, you can place a walk-in order at our shop located at 3020 Ubi Ave 2, Singapore 408896, #01-137. However, item availability may be limited, so for the best selection, it's recommended to order via WhatsApp and choose self-collection. We accept both cash and PayNow payments for walk-in orders.
